Jurnal Performa: Jurnal Manajemen dan Start-up Bisnis (e-ISSN: 2527-4635) is managed professionally and independently by the School of Business and Management, Universitas Ciputra Surabaya since 2016. This journal publishes three issues in a year in April and August. The aim of this journal is to enhance a better understanding of research-based business management science among academics and researchers. Thus, these researches will give positive contribution and influence to the world of business management science and entrepreneurship.
