MODEL BISNIS COLLEGES NEED MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model bisnis dari Colleges Need yang baru dengan menggunakan pendekatan Business Model Canvas. Colleges Need merupakan sebuah startup yang bergerak di bidang jasa pengeprintan dan penjilidan tugas mahasiswa secara online. Analisis dilakukan di setiap elemen Business Model Canvas yaitu Customer Segments, Channels, Customer Relationships, Value Propositions, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partnerships, dan Cost Structure. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara. Peneliti melakukan wawancara kepada 3 kelompok subjek penelitian yaitu expert BMC, perusahaan benchmark, dan pelanggan Colleges Need. Sedangkan untuk menguji validitas dan realibilitas hasil penelitian, peneliti menggunakan metode member check. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah BMC baru yang siap dilaksanakan jika peneliti lulus dari Universitas Ciputra Surabaya.
