PEMBERDAYAAN FRAMEWORK PSIKOSOSIAL IBU DAN FEEDING KOMPLEMENTER UNTUK PENCEGAHAN ANAK STUNTING

Abstract

Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan survei tempat pengabdian, pendataan anak, pendekatan orang tua, bidan, ketua PKK dan kader kesehatan di komunitas mitra, kemudian dilanjutkan melakukan screening angka stunting anak dan risiko stunting anak di Desa Banyubulu, melakukan FGD, melakukan framework pemberdayaan psikososial ibu melalui program ibu rembug stunting, tahap produksi nuget sabreng sebagai alternatif feeding komplementer, sosialisasi menu, pendampingan orangtua, dan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan kepada orangtua kemudian melakukan evaluasi pada mitra (orangtua, dan kader kesehatan), proses analisis data, pelaporan, dan presentasi hasil. Pada hasil screening demografi anak dan orang tua didapatkan hasil kategori anak pendek adalah 28,2% (48 anak), anak sangat pendek 14,2% (20 anak), dan anak kategori stunting berjumlah 8,0% (6 anak). Dari data tersebut disimpulkan bahwa persentase jumlah anak dengan risiko tinggi stunting adalah sangat tinggi. Implementasi pengabdian mendapatkan respons kooperatif ibu dan masyarakat, meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan persepsi mencegah stunting, dan mampu membuat complementary feeding pencegahan stunting secara mandiri. Kerja sama antara pemerintah, stakeholders mitra, dan civitas akademika dalam merumuskan strategi dan model pencegahan stunting sangat dibutuhkan untuk pengabdian selanjutnya.
