Pelatihan Seni Tari Tradisional kepada Generasi Muda Guna Mempersiapkan Modal Bisnis Kreatif berbasis Pariwisata Budaya

Abstract
Seni tari tradisional merupakan warisan budaya yang perlu dilestarikan di tengah arus globalisasi saat ini. Kurangnya minat generasi muda terhadap seni tari tradisional menjadi permasalahan yang dapat mengancam keberlangsungan budaya leluhur. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan kepada generasi muda agar mengenal, memahami, dan memiliki kemampuan dalam memainkan tari tradisional. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Banaran Wetan, Kabupaten Nganjuk, oleh tim pelaksana dari Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Brawijaya, dengan peserta sebanyak 30 anak usia 10–15 tahun. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi, dan pelatihan langsung. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 90% peserta yang awalnya belum memiliki keterampilan menari berhasil memahami dan mampu mempraktikkan beberapa gerakan dasar tari Reyog, seperti Tari Warok, Tari Bujangganong, dan Tari Dhadak Merak. Sementara itu, 10% lainnya masih memerlukan pelatihan lebih lanjut. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini efektif dalam menumbuhkan minat dan keterampilan dasar tari tradisional pada generasi muda serta berpotensi mendukung pelestarian budaya lokal.
